Rates Information

• $300 administrative per mediation.

  • Note: an administrative fee will be charged in every case once a mediation date is confirmed, even if mediation is not held.

• $300 per hour of mediation for all cases

• Mediations are held via Zoom unless in person mediation is arranged at the time of scheduling. 

  • There is no charge for the first 30 minutes of travel time to and from in person mediations. 

  • The hourly rate for travel is $150 for travel time in excess of 30 minutes to and from mediations.

• A cancellation/postponement fee of $300 will be charged if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled mediation.
